Warehouse Operator (6 month FTC)

We would like to invite applications for the role of Warehouse Operator at our site in Baldoyle

The Warehouse Operator performs functions related to the day to day operations within the warehouse, such as receiving raw materials, receiving non-inventory items, shipping, supplying production materials and carrying out inventory counts.   The position incumbent is expected to adhere to all GMP compliance and regulatory mandates and quality requirements, and comply with all SOPs and internal Teva policies and procedures in the performance of job duties and applies skills and knowledge to recognize issues that impact efficiency, throughput, quality, and/or the fulfilment of the assigned performance targets. The role assists in troubleshooting process and equipment issues and observes established escalation paths to ensure issues are appropriately addressed and resolved so targets can be met.  The Warehouse Operator is responsible for the safe, compliant, and efficient execution of job duties in a team environment.

A Day in the Life of our Warehouse Operator

 

  • To control and maintain stock accuracy.
  • Internal and external customer service
  • Ensure daily schedule is followed so as to meet shipment schedule.
  • Review in advance work schedule to ensure all relevant components/materials are available in order to meet internal customer needs.
  • Reference vendor delivery due list to aid sufficient supply of components/materials.
  • Reference weekly shipment schedule to ensure Customer Service levels.

Who we are looking for

Are you….

  • Educated to Leaving Certificate Level or have relevant experience in a related healthcare or food industry.

Do you have….

  • A Forklift Licence
  • Reach & Counterbalance
  • Knowledge of cGMP & Regulatory Bodies
  • Knowledge of MRPII (SAP)
  • Computer Skills
  • Problem Solving Skills
