We are looking for a Serialization Support (Temporary - Maternity Cover)

Temporary position as of January 1st to September 2023. The role can be located in any Teva location within Europe.

The role is part of Medis, a Teva Company. Medis is the 3rd party sales unit of Teva and offers a broad portfolio of products and intellectual property to other pharmaceutical companies.


Primary purpose of position:


The Specialist manages and coordinates the different internal & external stakeholders so as to evaluate, streamline and achieve different solutions that minimize the disruption of serialization regulation throughout the supply of products, as well as enhances Supply Chain data visibility for the relevant stakeholders (Manufacturing sites, Customer Experience, Global Engineering, Commercial Operations, etc).


Main Responsibilities:

• Serialization Master Data (MD) Management :
 - MD gathering, verification & maintenance at product and partner level in Serialization SKU List
 - Onboarding and validation of new partner in Tracelink as well as coordination of the different departments for product maintenance in the Tracelink production environment 
 - Maintenance of Serialization MD in Teva MDG systems
• Minimizing the serialization impact derived from business decisions such as divestments and transfers by coordinating different departments for such purpose. 
• Maintaining and enhancing current business processes & SOPs to streamline the serialization process into Medis existing processes.
• Becoming the serialization regulations Expert for a variety of territories (Russia, EU, Taiwan, Brazil, and others..) to ensure business continuity and growth in new markets impacted by Serialization regulations and changes.
• Communicating and coordinating necessary activities with brand owners and serialization stakeholders: GS1, Tracelink Global Compliance, EMVO, etc


Main requirements:


• Bachelor degree in IT, engineering or other technically related field. 
• Knowledge in data base management, B2B projects, IT and project management. 
• Good Project management skills is essential.
• High knowledge in Excel is a must.
• Fluent in written and spoken English is mandatory. 
• Ability to work and coordinate tasks accross different departments and within an overseas digital team frame.
• Experience in other pharma Serialization or EDI integration and interface projects is valuable.
