We are currently looking for a Customer Service Analyst located in Athens, Greece.

How you’ll spend your day

 

•    Generate orders in the ERP system according to customer specifications.
•    Update and modify orders based on current stock availability.
•    Communicate with customers regarding order management progress and resolve any issues that may arise.
•    Coordinate with third-party logistics providers to ensure timely delivery.
•    Have knowledge of the regulatory framework governing the sales of pharmaceutical products.
•    Monitor discounts and price lists within the ERP system.
•    Prepare and issue invoices to customers.
•    Oversee the maintenance of electronic invoicing processes.
•    Compile and maintain the daily sales report.
•    Comply with all company procedures, deadlines, and technical requirements.
•    Handle customer objections by finding effective solutions that satisfy all parties.
•    Analyze and promptly report to management any issues related to customer service.
•    Adhere to all company policies and complete all required documentation accurately and on time.
•    Enter all necessary documents into company systems, including financial systems, business ethics and compliance systems, and others.

Your experience and qualifications

 

•    Previous work experience of 2-3 years in Customer Service will be considered a plus.
•    PC competency in using Microsoft Excel
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (internal and external, all levels)
•    Excellent English oral communication and writing skills
•    Excellent organizational, communicational and problem-solving skills
•    Team working spirit
