Your responsibilities 


As a Senior Director, Total Rewards you will be an active member of the Global Total Rewards CoE function responsible for the thought lead and design of Teva’s Reward programs.

In this role, you will…


  • Act as a Total Rewards Partner to the Head of HR Europe and Cluster HR Directors in the region, and advise on all Total Reward related matters
  • Design and execute cross company Compensation programs in alignment with the Teva Total Rewards philosophy and approach; Actively contribute to the evolvement of the Total Rewards strategy
  • Lead the end-to-end Year End Rewards process in the region, including merit, bonus, promotions and equity;  Overlook and govern benefit programs such as medical, pension, car, health & wellbeing initiatives and more
  • Lead the Annual compensation review to provide inputs to the AOP, including benchmark approach, market competitiveness; Identify special needs to support the business 
  • Work in close partnership with the Total Rewards Global management team and other teams to enhance efficiency and improve processes; Lead change management in the region
  • Provide advice to the HR community by consolidating the best of corporate guidelines, global practices and external market data
  • Manage and work in close partnership with external vendors to achieve maximum efficiency and return on investment

Your profile 


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economy, Statistics, Human Resources or another related field
  • 12+ years Compensation & Benefits (C&B) experience including annual pay processes, survey benchmarks, salary review processes, benefits program designs
  • Proven knowledge and experience working in a complex global/multinational pharmaceutical company
  • Knowledge of the Total Rewards consultancy and European benefits market
  • Experience working with financial concepts, such as P&L, cost centre management, accruals
  • Experience in project management and implementation of major initiatives in collaboration with various stakeholders 
  • Ability to master various C&B methodologies, global processes and programs, and familiarity with the current and future Reward trends
  • Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities, ability and willingness to go into details and comprehend new complex data
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and influencing skills with an ability to develop effective working relationships with a diverse global group, positively impacting team performance through partnership building 
  • Excellence in execution with an ability to resolve complex issues and complete multiple tasks within the agreed timelines
  • Creativity and adaptability to change with an ability to evolve, innovate and drive change among various stakeholders
  • Full proficiency in MS Office 
  • Oral and written fluency in English
