Purpose of the position

Responsible for the development, enablement, execution and tracking of multichannel customer engagement strategies & tactics for Teva’s key brands across regions. 

Key Repsonsibilities

  • Develop, execute, measure & improve digital strategies and associated tactics for key brands and markets across the International markets and European regions
  • Operate as a trusted member of the European and International Markets brand teams to :
  • Convert brand strategies and content into actionable multichannel programs
  • Generate insights to drive continuous optimization of interaction plans, in alignment with brand objectives & budgets
  • Share and drive implementation of best practices both within and across brands, within and across regions (Europe, International Markets, North America)
  • Support digital culture & capabilities development amongst all regional & local brand teams

  • Regional Medical Teams
  • Other members of the Digital Centre of Excellence Team
  • Regional and local IT
  • Digital managers/experts in countries
  • Marketing and Sales Managers in countries


  • 5+ years’ experience in customer-driven marketing and digital / multi-channel
  • Experience in pharma / healthcare
  • Previous experience with driving implementation of multichannel strategies & tactics
  • Experience in a pan-market/region environment
  • Rigorous and thorough project manager
  • Takes charge, inspires and get things done
  • Is proactive
  • Finds innovative opportunities for collaboration and driving change, regardless of ambiguity
  • Analytical strength with proven ability to gain insights from data to inform strategy
  • Relentless customer focus  
  • Able to work in a changing and flexible environment
  • Occasional international travel (less than 20%)

Location of the role

Amsterdam, Tel Aviv or Zagreb office preferred. Other European location possible.
