- Drive significant revenue growth within assigned pharmacy chains
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by a specified percentage
- Build and maintain strong, relationships with key stakeholders in pharmacy chains
- High customer retention rates and positive feedback from pharmacy chain
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and support
- Customer satisfaction feedback and resolution time for customer issues
- Ensure optimal availability and visibility of products within key pharmacy chain
- Inventory turnover rates and product shelf presence
- Maximize sales performance through effective account management
- Performance metrics such as sales growth rates, plan achieve, and sales cycle length
- Ensure all activities follow regulatory standards and company policies
- Compliance audit results and incident reports
- Management of Incoming and Outgoing Mail
- Verification of Correctness and Preparation of Closing Documents from Pharmacy Chains, Uploading e-Invoices from the Electronic Invoice System
- Support of Key Account Managers (KAMs) in Operational Matters
- Meeting Organization and Protocol Taking
- Maintaining the Registry of Contracts and Additional Agreements
- Department Document Management
- Creation of Purchase Requests in SAP
- Maintaining the Registry and Working with the M-Files System
- Creation and Approval of NPP Forms for Urgent Payments
- Request and Dispatch of Reconciliation Statements
- Photo Report (Viva CRM)
Your experience and qualifications
• Practical application of methods for short-term and long-term planning
• Standards of office work, procedures for concluding and executing business and financial contracts
• Negotiation and sales skills
• Occupational safety and health rules and regulations
• Their functional duties and rights
• PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Business correspondence
• Work process planning
• Presentation skills and public speaking
• Sales data analysis and working with databases
• Completed higher education
• At least 3 years of experience in negotiations and documents turnover
