How you’ll spend your day

Sales forecasts monthly update (for the 36 months horizon) for KZ in collaboration with all stakeholders involved in S&OP process (Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain), timely upload of agreed sales forecasts into the system.
Preparation and leading monthly cross-functional S&OP sessions for KZ.
Regular analytical reporting and root cause analysis on main forecast deviators, OOS and lost sales analysis.
Support of forecasting of launches and tail-cuts, ensure correct data is maintained in the system.
Participation in supply chain projects on demand planning process automation and optimization, forecast accuracy and reporting data correctness improvement, ensure FCA and BIAS is in target.
Support of new demand planning tools and processes implementation approved by the management. Collaboration with CoE to implement new ways of work and best practices on demand planning.
Support of statistical forecasts implementation, participation in monthly calls on statistical forecasts alignment with CoE, active usage of statistical tools available in the company like history cleansing, market intelligence, etc.
Inventory management support, identify and mitigate risks on excess inventory and possible write offs of products with low remaining shelf life.
Back up of a Demand Manager for Russia and Eurasia if needed.
Ad-hoc reports and presentations.

Your experience and qualifications

Higher degree in Economics or Technical degree is a plus.
Minimum 3 years of experience in demand planning or analytics.
Statistical forecasting experience is a plus.
Experience in Pharmaceutical or FMCG company is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
Experience of work in SAP APO/IBP or any other ERP system is required.
Fluent English.
