Job Description


Under close supervision, responsible for the maintenance, update and audit of customer licenses to ensure compliance related to shipping of pharmaceutical products.


Essential Job Functions:

  • Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies, procedures, and state, federal and local laws.
  • Loads customer licenses and updates expiration dates and addresses in the customer master file to ensure compliance related to the shipping of pharmaceutical products.
  • Audits customer files for accuracy for compliance requirements.
  • Updates and files MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) paperwork by vendor for the products distributed.
  • Periodically assists with product launches, physical inventories and product or equipment compliance audits and other special projects.
  • Performs all duties in a timely manner, adhering to all company safety and operating policies and procedures.
  • Performs related duties as assigned


Time of Operation: 9:00AM-5:30AM


Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent and one (1) year experience in a related field. Preferred work experience with pharmaceutical products and state and federal licensure.

Knowledge of:

  • General office procedures and skills.
  • Standard office equipment such as Microsoft Windows.
  • Computer applications and programs such as TPS.
  • Business English usage, spelling grammar and punctuation.
  • Principles of basic mathematical computations.


Skill in:

  • Establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships with others.
  • Reading, understanding and complying with current Company policies and procedures including safety rules and regulations.
  • Communicating clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
