Job Description

Teva is seeking a HRIS business analyst to lead the HR operations and Talent Acquisition domain

The HRIS lead responsibilities will include:

  • HRIS account management for the Global Operations and Total Acquisition team. This includes understanding business needs, gathering best practices information, designing & partnering with IT to deliver best solutions
  • Lead the implementation of various HRIS projects throughout the project lifecycle– Initiate, plan, design, execute, and manage the change management to a successful go-live.
  • Manage the implementation of onboarding and off boarding various solutions to improve employees and managers experience
  • Redesign the position management solution and implement it working with many different HR functions (TA, HR operations, Field HR)



  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field; i.e., industrial engineering, systems information, project management.
  • 3-5years of relevant experience (ex: HR Information Systems, Information Technology, project management)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HR, HR systems, HR processes- Must
  • Excellent analyst skills – ability to independently gather and translate HR business requirements into recommended solutions, configure them and find creative ways to overcome configuration gaps
  • Project management experience, especially in leading global projects, technology upgrades or implementations
  • Strong design capabilities with the ability to define and lead the solution in a complex, challenging environment
  • Ability to engage productively with a wide range of program stakeholders, including business leads, HR, internal customers, vendors & technical teams
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors – Advantage
  • Experience with ServiceNow – Advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to document, present, and communicate complex information in a simplified manner to all audiences
