Essential Duties / Responsibilities
- Drive Safety and Compliance Culture.
- Maintain documentation for all maintenance activities.
- Applies acquired expertise to analyze and solve problems without clear precedent
- Align team priorities with manufacturing requirements
- Oversee group of Maintenance Mechanics/Technicians covering 24 hour operation
- Able to use/navigate computer and/or computer-based software
- Perform emergency and corrective repairs
- Distribute Maintenance activities to applicable mechanics and oversee the completion of applicable Preventive Maintenance activities
- Establish priorities related to distributed work
- Complete the installation or system modifications for all equipment and systems
- Takes responsibility to improve skills and techniques
- Assist with new equipment PM, LOTO development, etc.
- Provide training or guidance to Maintenance Technicians or other entry level positions
- Develop Standard Work practices to ensure proper setup of equipment is performed
- Work with vendors on repairs and document that activity accordingly
- Order parts and supplies for equipment
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Follows training or guidance provided by other team
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested and completes them in a timely and detailed manner
Relocation may be available.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree with 2-4 years pharmaceutical manufacturing/packaging experience OR Master’s Degree with 0-2 years pharmaceutical experience.
