Purpose of the position

Are you an ambitious professional with a couple of years’ experience in the healthcare sector (clinical, pharmacy, administrative position in a region, pharma, etc) ready for a new challenge in the pharma industry? Do you enjoy striving towards ambitious sales targets? Come and work with us! 

We are a team of seven people located across Sweden looking for a new colleague in the Stockholm area. Your main responsibility will be to analyze the market in the regions of your responsibility (Stockholm – main focus, Uppsala, Södermanland, Östergötland, Västmanland), set up a strategic business plan and execute on it. You will meet with regional payers and decision makers (e.g. head of a clinic, drug budget owner in a region) and provide them with solutions that will cut their drug budgets while maintaining access to high-quality medicine for the patients. You will work with pharmaceuticals from several therapeutic areas – respiratory, hematology, oncology and transplant.

In order to be successful in the role as a Regional Business Lead you need to be analytical, outgoing and sales oriented. However, most importantly we want you to be a fast learner and enjoy challenges.

You will have a home office, but spend the majority of your time meeting with customers. The head office of Teva Sweden is located in Helsingborg, but you will have a few colleagues in the Stockholm office as well.

Qualifications

  • Relevant university degree e.g. within medicine, pharmacy, engineering or business administration
  • Prior experience from the healthcare sector (clinical praxis, pharmacy, administrative position in a region, pharma, etc)
  • Prior experience with multichannel marketing and working with digital platforms and tools is an advantage
  • Prior experience in the therapeutic areas of respiratory, hematology, oncology and transplant is an advantage
  • Authorization (by LIF) to inform about medicinal products is an advantage

  • Customer oriented
  • State of the art in relationship building
  • Good understanding of the Swedish health care system
  • Quick grasp of comprehensive data; ability to obtain and understand information within short time periods
  • Ability to turn business opportunities into co-operative projects with the customers and be instrumental in implementing these
  • Ability to manage negotiations with different parties
  • Ability to work independently and to implement a plan.
  • A real team player – full cooperation and synergy with other members of the team
  • Good administrative skills with a structured and well-organized way of managing your area of responsibility  
  • Fluency in Swedish and English
  • Microsoft Office proficiency – high level
  • Driver’s license
