How you’ll spend your day

  • Responsible for 100% preventive maintenance and attending emergency calls for breakdown maintenance and avoiding interruption in operation of utility systems and essential services.

  • Experience in Operation & Maintenance of all engineering installations like Transformers, HT/LT Panels, switchgear systems, ACB/VCB and other safety systems, UPS and Batteries, DG Sets, HVAC System, Air-compressors, Plumbing Pumps and RO Unit & Chillers and Lifting equipment and Lab equipment.

  • Ensure maintaining of compliance to all safety & standard practices like: GEP, Permit to Work system, Hot Work, and LOTO system etc.

  • Updating and maintaining documentation of service equipment licensing, follow up of all Laboratory machines & equipment’s AMC.

  • To  Calibrate measuring equipment’s & pressure  vessels  in accordance with Plan for all lab equipment’s.

  • To Develop local resources to provide engineering workshop support & asset utilization.

  • To improve productivity by minimizing down-time and de-bottlenecking.

To Be Cotd...

  • To coordinate with procurement for regular engineering consumables and maintain spare parts inventory.

  • To raise routine Purchase requests for the regular Maintenance and Operation related items.

  • Ensure implementation of common GFM policies, procedures & supporting for ongoing FM activities.

  • Maintain cost control for all vendors work and monitor the budget for both operational and capital expenditure.

  • To Ensure site are able to maintain and monitor service levels, in line with SOPs, SLA and KPI's, in order to reach service improvement targets set by FM management

  • To focus on the core business objectives of Company and deliver high quality customer service for business operation.

  • To manage soft services at site level.

  • To maintain in best condition all documentation, layout drawings and knowledge support/sharing at and provide when required for business operation and verification.

  • To implement best practices for the reduction of Water and energy consumption.

  • To perform and be part of any other job like gap-finding study, audit (external or internal) or management review of technical services and analysis of system related to concerned area as required/assigned by the Manager based on the business need.

Your experience and qualifications

  • Four years regular Bachelor’s Engineering Degree (B. E. or B. Tech.) in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from reputed Institute i.e. Engineering College affiliated to University and correspondence degree holders – need not apply.

  • 4-5 years of technical experience in hardcore maintenance preferably in any R&D Facility or in a big manufacturing plant of reputed organization or in Facilities Maintenance in similar industry (Pharma background).

  • Major experience should be in maintenance of critical services, operation of major engineering installations and all utility systems.

  • Experience in installation and commissioning of technical equipment and engineering projects at site.

  • Residence location should be preferably in Greater Noida.

  • Proven ability to initiate, manage, and successfully implement significant change processes.
