Your responsibilities

 

As a Senior Director, MarTech and E-commerce platforms Lead you will provide leadership, strategy and direction to Teva’s Digital marketing, E-commerce and Omni-channel platforms. 

 

In this leadership role, you will act as an essential bridge between the business and IT enabling the relevant business units to execute their marketing, E-commerce and other related digital initiatives, whilst ensuring the IT team has the most appropriate, advanced, stable and agile platforms available for the implementation.


In this role, you will…

 

 

  • Set the strategy for the MarTech, E-commerce, Omni-channel and other related digital platforms; Demonstrate strong leadership through the development and communication of the strategy, understanding the possible impact on the various stakeholders and team members
  • Develop deep understanding of the challenges the business is facing with delivering the strategy and provide guidance on the efficient and correct use of relevant platforms; Present, explain and defend your position and decisions to senior and executive leadership
  • In close collaboration with both the business and IT Leads, define the missing platforms, integrations and tools enabling Teva to execute its digital marketing, E-commerce and Omni-channel strategy (focus on agility, speed, time to market, etc.); Own the existing platforms in this area, evaluate their suitability for purpose, set a roadmap for their advancement to ensure their efficient application
  • Own, define and maintain the architecture of the current and future platforms, working closely with Enterprise architects, infrastructure and IT security experts
  • Plan and set the delivery of new capabilities or required platform maintenance activities in collaboration with the software engineer from the Digital delivery unit, the IT commercial stakeholder management units in all regions (US, EU, IM) and the relevant digital marketing business stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with digital marketing and other relevant business units to understand their roadmap and plan the required IT actions and ensure timely delivery 
  • Collaborate and innovate by providing new ways to accelerate and enhance Teva’s digital marketing and 
  • E-commerce strategy; Integrate MarTech, E-commerce and Omni-channel technologies with advanced data science and AI/ML solutions to enhance channel performance and effectiveness

Your profile 

 

  • BSc in Computer Science/related discipline or 15+ years of relevant IT experience. MSc/MBA - advantage
  • 10+ years of proven experience working in paid media, CRM, Digital and Marketing technologies, E-commerce platforms
  • 8+ years’ experience working in a complex global/multinational pharmaceutical company successfully delivering customer-driven marketing or sales strategies
  • Senior level IT leadership able to manage various levels of seniority, collaborating in a complex matrix organization with both IT and business; Ability to manage a small team of direct reports in the future (role is currently designed for a senior individual contributor with no line management responsibility)
  • Deep understanding and technical expertise delivering MarTech, E-commerce and Omni-channel platforms; SFMC – required; Other marketing automation platforms – advantage; SF commerce, SAP Hybris or other major B2B commerce platform – advantage
  • Experience with various related technologies such as DAM, CMS, PIM, Web analytics and various channel technologies (SMS, e-mail, chat, IM, Social Media, virtual assistance/bots)
  • Proven experience in creating clear, detailed and concise user stories
  • Experience in advanced analytics and AI solutions in relation to marketing and E-commerce automations
  • Experience in template delivery approach 
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and influencing skills; Business acumen; Strong team player with an ability to collaborate well with others to achieve team/company goals 
  • Excellence in planning and execution with an ability to resolve complex issues and complete multiple tasks within the agreed timelines; Fast learner, able to self-educate and transfer knowledge to the team
  • Oral and written fluency in English
