The Position

Forming part of the Engineering & Maintenance (E&M) Division, the reliability & automation  specialist is responsible for the setup and running of a reliability program across the Engineering Division, including plant equipment, utilities, manufacturing and packaging equipment.  This position reports to the Dir Engineering and responsibilities include:

Continually evaluate processes to ensure optimal equipment reliability
Identify new opportunities for automation and work with the relevant stakeholders to develop and execute projects
Improve the uptime and production capacity of critical equipment and systems using formalized problem solving techniques

The Applicant

The ideal candidate should possess:

A first degree in Engineering
Excellent analytical skills
Strong Project management and leadership skills
Good knowledge of EHS requirements would be considered an asset
