The opportunity

The Projects Engineer is responsible for managing and implementing upgrading facilities and process equipment projects, which target improvement in quality, cost, EHS and efficiency. Upgrading projects and improvements are to be executed and documented through an adequate project management methodology. The Projects Engineer is to implement good engineering working principles and relevant regulations at all times, thus ensuring Customer Compliance, cGMP requirements, company policies/SOP’s, Environmental, Health and Safety requirements and other regulatory obligations are adhered to at all times.

Your experience and qualifications

The position calls for a candidate with a first degree in Engineering. The ideal candidate must have excellent troubleshooting skills, possess the ability to work under pressure, analyse problems rationally and provide solutions. The applicant shall be able to work in a team comprising both internal personnel and external contractors. We would like to hear from candidates who have experience in a similar post or in a post pertaining in either mechanical or electrical engineering. Experience in project management, good knowledge of building services engineering & technologies and EHS would be considered an asset.
