The opportunity

 

The Content & Events Lead is responsible for designing, owning and managing Teva’s content and digital asset services, with a primary focus on PromoMats and Veeva Brand Portals. The role ensures effective content governance, reuse, and distribution while supporting digital asset management for congresses and key events. The Content & Events Lead establishes standards and best practices and acts as the primary contact for content management and events support.   

How you’ll spend your day

 

  • Define and implement end to end process for Marketing Operations team in regards to PromoMats submissions, approvals and asset lifecycle management
  • Develop standards, taxonomies, and governance model for Veeva Brand Portals to maximize asset findability and reuse
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and compliance in content operations
  • Design and deliver training sessions for internal teams and market stakeholders on effective use of PromoMats and Brand Poratls
  • Create guidance materials, checklists, and tookits to ensure consistent adoption and compliance
  • Provide direct hands on operational support in PromoMats or Brand Portals when required
  • Monitor and report on key KPIs, including asset reuse rates, portal adoption, SLA adherence, and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with event organizers and brand teams to align on content needs and standards (20% of time)
  • Partner with the Planning team to manage client relationships, ensuring aligment on scope, priorities and SLAs
  • Manage team including performance management, coaching and workload prioritization

Your experience and qualifications

 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and content operations
  • Strong expertise with Veeva CRM and Promomats, including governance, workflows and taxonomy management
  • Proven experience in process design, service ownership and stakeholder management
  • Line management experience with ability to coach and develop team members
  • Ability to balance strategic service ownership with hands-on operational support when needed
  • Able to work in a changing and flexible environment
