Job Description

Ensure compliant supply for purchased 3rd party finished and semi-finished goods planned and replenished by EU HUB Ulm to the defined target date under the aspects of customer service level, inventories, write offs and total cost of ownership in the context of end-to-end responsibility from supplier to the respective market.


  • Manage end to end supply and information flow from supplier to the markets and vice versa
  • Manage and maintain key planning parameters to optimize the supply chain performance.
  • Manage the end to end execution cycle of a Purchase Order
  • Support the Global and Regional S&OP process through relevant metric reporting and summary of key supply/capacity decisions required
  • Evaluate changes requested in the frozen window to best response to market and Teva business needs.
  • Manage customer service issues and facilitate discussions to resolve with the 3rd Party’s and markets.  Perform management reporting on customer service issues
  • Actively contribute to the development of the supply planning strategy and implement relevant elements within 3rd Party supply planning area according to globally agreed SC planning strategy.
  • Partner with the SRM and Procurement group to support contracting, performance management and the ongoing relationship with 3rd Party Manufacturing sites.
  • Ensure replenishment to the markets via hub or direct delivery
  • Ensure best practice in the Supply, and Inventory Planning processes for Global 3rd Party supply.
  • Maintain information flow at the interfaces to internal parties like packaging materials management, transport management, quality department, procurement 


  • Degree or equivalent - preferably business management or engineering
  • 3+ years Supply Chain experience preferably in a GxP environment
  • Good understanding of pharmaceutical business
  • Experience with planning software SAP
  • Superior analytical skills, exceptional oral and written communication skills in German and English and capability to see the “big picture” while still paying attention to detail.
  • Strong ability to influence must have a high level of personal credibility as a spokesperson for supply management.
  • Proven ability to deal with complexity and manage relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders (intercultural competencies)
  • Highest customer orientation, thinking in solutions and networks
  • Ability to cope with pressure and deadlines
  • Independent working style and high degree of flexibility, team player
