Job Description

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategy for the assigned Category in alignment with the relevant Stakeholders
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to generate ideas and opportunities and ensure the category strategy, plans and initiatives are aligned to functional and business targets
  • Lead sourcing initiatives and conduct supplier selection process in alignment/collaboration with Third Party Operations, Supply Chain and Global Category Lead
  • Develop and maintain relationship with existing suppliers and potentially new partners within Third Party Operations (TPO)
  • Responsible for negotiation/Management of contracts in line with Third Party Operations (TPO) Terms and Conditions
  • Analyze Supplier Data and strategically apply to develop continuous Negotiation plan or sourcing initiatives to achieve targeted Saving goal given by Management. Ensure best possible result is reached considering “Total Cost of Ownership”
  • Ensure that Global Policies, Documents and processes are in use


  • Bachelor Degree in Business Management or Engineering required
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain
  • Experience in Category Management and strategic sourcing
  • Strategic & Innovative Mindset
  • Good Project management skills and intercultural working experienc
  • commercially driven and results focused
  • Strong analytical, research, negotiation and problem solving skills
  • MS office knowledge in particular data analyses using MS Excel, Ariba and SAP expertise desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Travel 10 % of the time
