Job Description


  • Accountable for the entire life cycle processes for employees (Hire2retire)
  • Supports and coaches managers and leaders to drive business success and be role models in motivation and development of employees, teams and the organization
  • Acts as a sparring partner to the commercial leadership team
  • Ensures consistent implementation / monitoring of HR programs, policies and process within his/her respective business units (e.g. talent management, performance management, succession planning, compliance) in accordance to local law and regulations
  • Oversees restructuring and divestment projects for his/her business units
  • Connects with other commercial HR colleagues across Europe / internationally
  • Contributes to cluster or international / European initiatives and projects
  • Manages all labor relations matters including workers council collaboration for business unit specific topics



  • Strong personality with distinctive leadership capabilities
  • Is able to collaborate and exert influence at country and international levels as well as in a matrix structure (e.g. CoEs, Global HR Business Partners)
  • Acts as a change catalyst within the organization by creating synergies and putting people at the center, ensuring clear and constant communication, helping connect the broad range of business units, providing focus and direction
  • Maintains the necessary focus on simplification and standardization of processes and ensures adherence to standards
  • Flexibly manages challenges in organizational design and development with appropriate creativity
  • Min. 5 years of experience as HR Manager with at least 2 years in an international matrix organization
  • Experience in supporting the sales & marketing business unit is a benefit
  • Is fluent in German and English
  • Constantly on the lookout for market developments in HR programs and tools and actively drives the development of the HR team
