Job Description

Grasp enterprise TPO related activity cost elements and manage them with TPO department head and each function leader.
This role mainly consists of
1. Coordination of Opex planning (AOP/LBE) and reconciliation on actual spending
2. Standard cost setting of TPO products together with finance (variance management is expected in the future)
3. Validation support on Option studies against Improvement/Change plan from financial stand point


'- 10+ years of experience of finance (Accounting, COGs management) in manufacturing/supply company
-Std cost setting based on ABC


'- Deeper understanding COGs structure on manufactured products in a company.
- Policy and procedure upon Cost center and account code design
- Proven executive-level communication and presentation
- Fluent in Japanese and English
- Financial data analysis and problem solving



'- 5+ years of experience of department's controller
- Ideally experienced in Pharmacy and Healthcare Industry
- ERP tool (SAP, Manujistics etc.) implementation project
- Project Management
- Variance management with SAP


'- Excellent understanding of the marketplace and industry best practices
- understanding of SAP functionality (MM/Costing/FI module)
- deeper understanding of linkage between industrial process and financial data
- Capable in translating business directions into successful supplier strategies to support the end result.

MBA/EMBA preferred
