Job Description


Primary purpose of the position

The Project Manager is responsible for leading teams to deliver project(s) that span across one or more business units.
Manage resources, schedules, and budget. This also includes management of issues, risks and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives as it relates to improving project delivery.
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures. Perform a variety of tasks. Lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. 


General duties and responsibilities


•    Planning: Define scope & objectives; create a detailed work plan and timeline, determine resources, establish a communication plan. Including stakeholder mapping and management.
•    Implementation: Execute according to the project plan, document project activities, monitor the progress, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
•    Control: review status with the project’s management team/ steering committee, monitor budget expenses, and ensure that the project deliverables are on time.
•    Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
•    Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
•    Report and escalate to management as needed
•    Perform risk management to minimize project risks


•    BSc in Industrial Engineering and Management or BA in Economics and Management
•    At least 2 years of working experience in project management
•    Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation (Out of the box thinking) and excellence
•    Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills
•    Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands
•    Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
•    Technically competent with various software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), Asana, and Salesforce
•    Must be able to learn, understand and apply new technologies
•    Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands
•    B.Sc in Industrial & management engineering- advantage.
•    Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
•    Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills
•    Ability to work as part of a global team
