Since August 2016 Actavis has been part of Teva. In Bulgaria the combined company is working under the Actavis brand and is the largest employer in the pharmaceutical industry. Actavis - a Teva company - manages two manufacturing plants, sales and marketing organization and a number of global corporate functions.

 

We are searching for qualified and motivated candidate for the role of Team Leader Planning TPO Supply Chain EMEA, who would like to join the Supply Chain Hub Sofia, TPO Supply Chain EMEA.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Supply Managers, responsible for a supply from Third Party suppliers to Teva markets and external customers
  • Manage the workload, challenge and coach the members of the team for KPI improvement
  • Monitor and regularly report KPI’s of the team and initiate improvement of processes
  • Supervise daily supply chain activities of the team and status of the key issues
  • Liaise with the internal stakeholders, markets, corporate functions with regards to issues resolution

Successful Candidates Should Have

  • Relevant degree or equivalent- preferably scientific or business management discipline
  • 5 years Supply Chain experience from an international business environment
  • Ability to lead a team and to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
  • Capable of presenting information to all levels of management with supporting analysis and assumptions
  • Proven ability to deal with complexity and manage relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Previous pharmaceutical business experience will be considered as an advantage
  • Fluent written and verbal English
