In  August 2016 Actavis has been acquired by Teva Pharmaceutical. In Bulgaria we are the largest employer in the pharmaceutical industry with near 1700 employees in the two manufacturing plants (Dupnitsa and Troyan); sales and marketing organization and in a number of global corporate functions based in our country. We are looking for qualified and motivated candidate for the role of Senior Supply Planner – APAC, based in Sofia.

Main Responsibilities

·    Managing direct procurement process and supply planning from global sites, including L2L suppliers for assigned APAC and Greater China Cluster/ market as per market demand
·    Managing inbound logistics, reports for SC and support supply planning for tenders 
·    Support markets with operational readiness for new launches
·    Update and provide MRF, purchase FC to all sites on monthly basis
·    Working with global sites to ensure stock readiness, documentation requirements including permits for shipment into each assigned market
·    Follow up with global logistics to arrange stock pick-up and ensure on-time delivery to each county in APAC/GC cluster as assigned 
·    Managing vendor master data in SAP
·    Managing logistics budget for inbound freight ensuring the cost is within the AOP budget
·    Lead new projects to improve cost and customer service to support commercial operations
·    Drive continuous process improvements and increase KPI performance, by working closely with demand planners, sites and other functions.
·    Resolve issues and ensure risk mitigation is in place for supply/business continuity by following the proper escalation process
·    Ensuring full alignment with market, participating in monthly meetings with APAC/GC cluster, demand planners as per the latest FC/AOP

Main Requirements

·    Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferably in Supply Chain
·    5+ years of experience in Supply Chain
·    Experience in Healthcare/ Pharmaceuticals is preferred 
·    Experience in Multicultural, Global environment is an advantage
·    Fluent English is a must
·    Demonstrate good analytical & planning skills
·    Ability do communicate cross culturally & across all level
·    Flexibility to adapt to changes
