In  August 2016 Actavis has been acquired by Teva Pharmaceutical. In Bulgaria we are the largest employer in the pharmaceutical industry with near 1700 employees in the two manufacturing plants (Dupnitsa and Troyan); sales and marketing organization and in a number of global corporate functions based in our country. We are looking for qualified and motivated candidate for the role of Cash & Working Capital Manager, based in Sofia.

Main Responsibilities


•    Be responsible for TGO Cash & Working Capital Planning, Monitoring & Controlling models
•    Develops robust forecasting, monitoring and controlling systems and models
•    Bridges between TGO financial planning, accounting actuals measurement and the transactional environment (Invoices, Purchase Orders, Payments) to allow strong Cash & Working Capital management
•    Acts as Sites/GF/FP&A/Treasury focal point for all TGO Cash and Working Capital related issues
•    Be the source for financial insights related to Cash Flow and Working Capital, including drivers, trends and KPIs
•    Serves as a liaison between TGO teams and Finance global group in order to ensure full alignment of financial models and reporting events, as well as standardization of business processes and compliance to corporate guidelines
•    Reconciles TGO Cash & Working Capital items to enterprise P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
•    Proactively looks for ways to improve operating Working Capital and continuous improvements to optimize the cycle timeline
•    Sets policies and procedures, designing, testing, training and roll out of systems as appropriate 
•    Develops in-depth & insightful analyses & reports which will provide to stakeholders and management real-time picture of KPI’s development and, when needed, clear recommendations on required steps to achieve targets 
•    Provides to management high quality and insightful analysis & recommendations as a basis for decision making

Main Requirements


•    University/College degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting 
•    Minimum 4 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis  
•    Knowledge of ERP systems and related BI and data analytical tools
•    Good working knowledge of MS Excel (Advanced Excel) and PowerPoint
•    Experience in fast-paced multinational matrix organization
•    Strong change management, communication and influencing skills 
•    Hands-on and proactive; strong organizational skills
•    Results driven and service oriented to internal and external customers
•    Ability to work effectively under pressure
•    Excellent collaboration with colleagues within the local organization and with the colleagues of the global business service to support the overall Finance department’s goals and objectives
•    Flexible and able to work in a changing environment
•    Strong focus on improvement opportunities
•    Fluent verbal and written communication in English
