Since August 2016 Actavis has been part of Teva. In Bulgaria the combined company is working under the Actavis brand and is the largest employer in the pharmaceutical industry. Actavis - a Teva company - manages two manufacturing plants, sales and marketing organization and a number of global corporate functions.


We are looking for motivated and detail oriented candidate to become a part of our Global Artwork Studio on the position of Artwork Request Coordinator, based in Sofia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate all incoming artwork requests from local Markets and check for completion of necessary, accurate information
  • Source missing information needed for the production of artwork
  • Upload the request in the ADP (artwork design portal - artwork management system)
  • Liaise between Artwork Studio, local  markets and internal and external suppliers
  • Monitor timelines and escalate issues to contract managers/global planners/supply chain, as necessary to ensure deadlines are met
  • Monitor quality of service provided by Quality team, focussing on continuous improvement processes
  • Organise and attend of meetings, reviews and audits

Successful candidate should have:

  • University Degree or equivalent
  • Experience in working with strict deadlines with high attention to details
  • Knowledge of Pharmaceutical industry Quality processes or previous experience in pharmaceutical/cosmetics/food industries is considered an advantage
  • Knowledge of print process is considered an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills in an international environment
  • Proficient verbal and written English communication skills
