We are currently 2 x MS&T Technologist's in Runcorn to provide technical support to existing processes and the introduction of new products and processes.

A day in the life of an MS&T Technologist

  • To provide the technical lead in the timely introduction of new products and processes. OTIF delivery of products. RFT regulatory approvals
  • To provide technical "hands-on" support in the areas of process development, commissioning and validation. Right first time introduction of new processes.
  • To write and review all types of validation documentation and Standard Operating Procedures as required. To assist in the definition and design of new processes, RFT adherence to project and validation plans
  • To provide technical support in the resolution of operational issues in a timely fashion and to high quality standards to satisfy 'customer' requests.  Internal customer feedback
  • To comply with all company cGMP and H+S standards Audit, documentation Training records, RFT

Who We Are Looking For

Do you have?

  • A degree in a relevant discipline
  • Experience working in a technical or scientific role within a sterile/aseptic pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
  • Awareness of cGMP and Quality Systems, including Change Control, nonconformance, Validation and Regulatory 
  • Basic knowledge of new product lifecycle regulatory requirements
  • Basic Microbiology and/or Chemistry awareness when applied to sterile/aseptic manufacture of pharmaceuticals


Are you?

  • IT Literate with working knowledge of Microsoft office, including MS project. Working knowledge of Autocad, Minitab and Visio software
  • A good communicator
  • A self motivated individual with an inquisitive approach and attention to detail who is willing to challenge the status quo to champion improvements.
  • Reactive to change whilst proactive in identifying improvements
