Job Description

The role of Global HR Operations and Services is a member of Teva’s HR leadership team, reporting to Teva’s CHRO. The role is responsible for all aspects of the global HR service delivery and for defining the strategy and the vision of next generation digitalization of HR. The position is located in Israel.

The Global Head of HR Operations & Services main stakeholders are the HRBPs, HR  CoE, corporate security, Finance, Compliance (GDPR) and IT. As the Leader, you will be responsible for constructing and co-creating the evolving vision of HR Delivery as a strategic partner and efficiency-maximizing function. In this role you will influence global people operations and systems road-mapping to support long-term service delivery goals and the facilitation of Teva’s HR strategy and HR’s transformational journey to continue to evolve as a significant business enabler.


Areas of responsibilities include:

  1. HR Shared Services (110 FTEs)
  2. Talent Acquisition (6 FTEs + ~150 outsourced)
  3. HR Infrastructure: data, systems and analytics (13 FTEs)
  4. HR Operations (2 FTEs)

You will effectively lead the leaders of People Operation’s functional areas to ensure engagement and effectiveness of direct reports and team. Lead and manage the HR IT technology roadmap and ongoing relationship with the various IT partners and vendors. Lead the team in formulating SLAs, escalation standards, and guidelines with a focus on operational accuracy and effectiveness. Proactively identify and create operational efficiencies through centralized administration, outsourcing, and globalization of processes. Define and establish processes and procedures for HR Service Delivery teams and partner with global leads to build scalable and compliant processes with a focus on continuous improvement

  • 15+ years of experience in a HR Operations/HRIS environment with knowledge of HR service tools, systems, and processes
  • Experience with cloud based technology platforms
  • Experience influencing all levels of leadership and driving industry transforming practices which includes partnership experience
  • Experience leading, motivating and mentoring a team to execute strategies with a focus on career development and growth for people on the team
  • Experience launching or driving implementations requiring change management and communication
  • Systems thinker with a “product manager mindset” with experience in HR systems
  • Process and project management experience. Demonstrated experience leading global projects E2E with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to scale/grow global service teams and services through vendors. Strong vendor management experience
  • Experience leading multiple specialty areas of HR Operations and partnering directly with centers of expertise teams
