The Senior Treasury Analyst will join a fast paced department reporting directly into the Associate Director/Senior Manager Treasurer in North America (U.S. and Canada), Teva’s most important region from a profit and cash flow generation perspective.  This exciting opportunity has a wide-range of responsibilities and requires an enthusiastic and experienced professional. This individual will provide timely, insightful financial analysis, treasury and cash management and other information to further our Company’s growth and success.

The Senior Treasury Analyst must have excellent knowledge in treasury operations, banking relations, financing, and treasury and ERP systems.  He/she must also demonstrate strong proven business partnership skills and business acumen, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry in the U.S.  The ability to create solid relationships across many areas of the business and finance (global and regional) are also required.


  • Performing daily reconciliations and ensuring accurate daily cash position to obtain sufficient and reasonable bank balances.
  • Oversee North American cash desk operations, including but not limited to bank account management, inquiries and maintenance, bank portal and user administrations, balance reporting, occasional manual wire processing, short-term excess cash investment and borrowing
  • Facilitating the daily and monthly close process.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely processing of wire/ACH payments.
  • Analysis of weekly/monthly/quarterly variance to forecast/budget
  • Handle SOX control and internal audit requests related to Treasury activities
  • Own monthly global intercompany multicurrency netting process, including establishing and communicating schedule/calendar, producing netting positions/reports, executing foreign exchange (FX) trades, and dispensing payments.
  • Ensure knowledge and process transfer from the current team in Horsham, PA 
  • Assist the annual budget and forecast, and monitor its utilization
  • Support the SAP implementation in NA and ensure all treasury requirements are embedded
  • Ensure full adherence with all compliance, SOX, anti-fraud, anti-money laundering and all other applicable regulations


  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting/economics/finance or other relevant discipline is required; Master’s in a business-related field or MBA is preferred
  • 4+ years of experience in Corporate Treasury in a public company or Banking institution is required
  • Experience in a treasury or finance role in a US-based pharmaceutical company or a pharmaceutical company with significant U.S. presence is strongly preferred, especially in large companies (over $5B in revenues)
  • Ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the U.S. healthcare system and commercial relationships across the value chain, with strong emphasis on gross-to-net dynamics
  • Experience working in complex, multi-national and multi-cultural environments
  • Experience with SAP
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows applications
  • Proficiency in Treasury systems, and specifically Quantum, would be an advantage
  • Ideal candidate will possess a CTP/CPA, relevant professional Treasury affiliations, and working knowledge of the current regulatory environment
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills, are essential
  • High degree of personal integrity and sensitivity to confidential information
  • Able to handle pressure/deadlines
  • An energetic and resourceful team player who can roll up their sleeves
  • Must be willing and able to commute frequently between Parsippany, NJ, and Horsham, PA while the Global Finance functions are transitioning to Parsippany
