Job Description

Position Summary:

Track and assess the performance of the organization against the agreed quality metrics/KPIs, provide training and support to sites and regions, analyze and report the metrics for various needs, propose improvements, and in general act as the main SME for Teva's quality metrics.

Manage, hands-on, various global projects and initiatives as may be required from time to time, in order to deliver their on-time, on-budget, expected results.

Work in collaboration with relevant subject-matter-experts, key stakeholders, global, regional and sites functions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and assess the performance of the organization against the agreed Quality Metrics, troubleshoot problems and reporting mistakes, be responsible for the development and maintenance of the global Quality KPI Handbook, provide training and support to sites, regions and units with regard to quality metrics.
  • Analyze metrics and other data per need and to support the setting of the annual global KPI targets, provide relevant updates on metrics performance to various business and compliance reviews.
  • Own the Quality BI system from a business perspective and collaborate with IT on the development of the system and interfaces.
  • Manage, hands-on, various global projects, processes and initiatives as may be required from time to time, in order to deliver their on-time, on-budget, expected results. Projects may be quality & compliance-oriented and/or business oriented.
  • Set the project/process governance model, manage stakeholders, communication, training and reporting; manage the project risks, solve problems, escalate when necessary.




  • Bachelor’s degree in a related technical, scientific or business discipline 
  • Project Management certification (e.g. PMP) is a plus



  • Minimum 3 years  experience in operational-oriented project management/ performance management/relevant business related roles in medium to large global pharma companies
  • Minimum 3 years  experience in quality operations roles in medium to large global pharma companies, with specific experience in performance management and/or project management
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with MS-Project or a similar tool is a plus
  • Experience with BI tools, LIMS, and/or Trackwise a plus
