Job Description

The purpose of the Associate Director, HCP Marketing - Movement Disorder/Psych is to evaluate markets, identify issues and opportunities within a given market, develop sales and HCP strategies and tactics. The Associate Director, HCP Marketing wil work with internal and external partners to create strategic and operational plans aligned with the strategies and objectives. The Associate Director, HCP Marketing develops operational plans, tactics and communicationsto optimize performance aligned to plan.


  • Manages associated marketing program tactical execution                                           
    • Identifies obstacles to brand growth; works collaboratively to resolve them
    • Identifies and pursues opportunities to drive brand growth
    • Works collaboratively with agency partners and marketing team to ensure flawless execution of the plan
  • Makes presentations to customer facing functions and                    
  • Manages overall and specific budgets to achieve defined targets       
  • Analyzes market data and information                                                  


  • Professional Expertise: In-depth knowledge of profession, wide experience and exposure, understanding of solutions
  • Business Acumen: Initiatives beyond own area, draws insights from variety of sources, understands market and competition
  • Excellence in Execution: Meets objectives and deadlines, promotes efficiency and effectiveness, incorporates improvement and program ROI


  • ≥ 5 Years of pharmaceutical experience or relevant brand management experience, ≥ 5 years of marketing experience or equivalent (based on performance), Pharmaceutical experience outside of marketing function. Experience in neurology and/or psychiatry
