Job Description
This Person is accountable for leading all HR aspects in the BU's, and to be a partner with glob R&D l BU leaders for global HR aspects.
This incumbent will need to integrate local and global HR activities and processes, collaborate with the local and global HRMS / HRBPs and provide end-to-end HR solutions for the business.
The HR Manager is part of the HR R&D team, reporting directly to Sr Dir HR R&D Israel.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Leads HR initiatives, activities and process with collaborate with all HRMs that supporting the unit worldwide and consolidate all HR initiatives.
  • Accountable for all Israeli employees ''hire to retire" lifecycle, in the BUs
  • Provide support and coaching to head of the R&D BUs and his management team
  • Coordinate and facilitate HR core process, such as GCA alignment, workforce planning, ensuring compliance on performance management across all regions, talent management coordination, ensuring development and execution of training plans, etc.
  • The position includes about 30-40% overall responsibility for the welfare processes in the site, managing  projects of employee's engagement& Data management  
  • Position will be based at our Natanya site

Qualifications

  • 3 years as HR role
  • Proven experience in a global company – significant advantage
  • High level English
  • Master's degree is strongly preferred, but a bachelor's with equivalent experience is acceptable
