Job Description
  • Full scope support of designated business units and legal streams (e.g. distribution, regulatory)
  • Elaboration of the policies and templates relevant to the supported areas
  • Support of corporate matters, including coordination of the liquidation, assistance to the Corporate Secretary, statutory matters
  • Supporting major transactions (e.g. BD deals) and projects implementation
  • Coordination of outside counsel support
  • Representation in courts and before the state authorities (optional)
Qualifications
  • Higher legal education
  • Work experience in the legal profession for at least 6 years
  • Preference is given to candidates with a law firm or healthcare company background
  • English - Upper Intermediate / Advanced
