Job Description

  • Development of the baseline for an end-to-end (E2E) Supply Chain analytics in Teva Global Operations (TGO) across all planning capabilities, aligning process maps, metric standards and information available to leverage across Teva supply chain.
  • This baseline will support a segmented view of global demand, inventory & supply, allowing users and stakeholders to filter and drill down into all E2E analysis, details and actions
  • Contribution to several projects to improve the Sales & Operations process (S&OP), SC KPI performance and to design and implement strategic best in class operation practices
  • Lead daily initiatives segmentation and analytic capabilities oriented to improve Teva Global Operations network, looking to create value to the business by managing inventory, improving service levels, constraints identification and ad-hoc analysis for implementing mitigation plans with a segmentation approach
  • Drive the E2E Supply Analytics implementation ensuring the best projection with the horizons agreed with the functions involved, being the areas in scope: Service Levels, Out of Stock, Inventory, Write-Offs.
  • Analytics on the Service level projection, to detect in advance any deterioration of the service performance, allowing the different stakeholders to understand the impact and facilitating the decision making for corrective actions.
  • Inventory analytics to analyze market and sites inventory status and optimization processes


  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in Operations, forecasting, demand/inventory planning and/or supply chain management in a FMCG/Pharmaceutical industries or Consulting companies
  • University degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics or Economics
  • APICS or other Supply Chain Certifications preferred (not a must)
  • Spanish and English - fluent, both spoken and written


Specific Job-related Skills

  • Experience in developing BI Solutions, Solver Models and Optimization Data Models. Knowledge in Qlikview development is highly valued
  • Demonstrated usage of analytic tools (Qlikview, SAS…) to consolidate and cross-check large amount of data to help decision making process and understand the business drivers
  • Knowledge of Advance Planning Systems (SAP APO, Manugistics, SAS, Oracle Demand Planning or other software related to demand planning) as well as Business Intelligence system is preferred
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Supply Planning with an understanding of their operational impacts over the supply chain. 
  • Proven ability to manage complex initiatives with experience in cross-functional projects
  • This position requires very strong analytical, organizational, decision making, and presentation skills – hence experience with software packages including Windows and Microsoft Office (xls, ppt) is required
  • Strong interpersonal skills are also essential to effectively interact with all teams, areas and levels of business affecting the forecast process – from demand planners to General Managers or Senior Directors from Regional Teams. Good facilitation skills are required
  • Results oriented profile is key to meet the objectives both in quality and time
