Medis has extensive experience of generic pharmaceuticals who offers a broad portfolio of products and intellectual property to other pharmaceutical companies.

A day in the life of...?

  • You will be responsible for overall management in monitoring, checking and processing client orders to our SAP system (mature products and launches) within given timelines.
  • You will be responsible to check if orders are available or not for Supply Chain Managers to review in SAP.
  • You will have the responsibility to keep an overview of orders that are put on-hold due to missing information from clients.
  • You will have the responsibility to inform Customer Experience Manager (CEM) of missing information needed from clients, in order to pursue and follow up with clients.
  • You will need to be in good communication with various departments within Medis (mainly with Supply Chain Mamagers, CEM and LifeCycle Mgmt (LCM)).
  • You will work independently, being precise with numbers and information sent from clients.
  • You will need to have good skills in English (spoken and written) as you will work with Medis clients globally.


  • We are happy to consider candidates with FPI or FPII or higher education.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is a must. Part of the interview will be done in English.
  • Customer service and process oriented with process improvement skills 
  • Good analytical, planning skills and flexibility to adapt to changes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Positive thinking.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical supply chain processes is an advantage, but we will consider candidates coming from different sectors/industries.
  • Proficient in MS Excel.
  • Experience in SAP is an advantage - not a must
