Main responsibilities:

 

  • Develop, lead and implement annual Trade Marketing strategy according to set brands' targets (Rx & OTC) to support short and long term business growth and ensure its alignment cross-functionally (Marketing, Sales/KAM)
  • Contribute and comply with Commercial Policy and conditions
  • Manage & track budgets efficiently with a complete track of spend, committed and available budgets
  • Responsible for all trade related marketing activities development according to brand needs (trade activities, building distribution, visibility in POS and e-platforms, e-commerce development, launch of new products etc.)
  • Implementation and monitoring of activities on time with agreed standards.
  • Identify and monitor competitors and market conditions or changes in the industry that may affect sales and further action plans development
  • Visit main stakeholders in pharmacy chains to create and implement joint projects with the Key account managers

Main requirements:

 

  • University degree in Marketing/Economics or other comparable field
  • Minimum 4 years of working experience in FMCG\Pharma trade marketing function
  • Experience in trade marketing strategy development and strong commercial mindset
  • Confident and capable of communicating and operating at all levels
  • Strong analytical skills with a clear ROI understanding
  • Advanced usage of MS Office
  • Planning and Project Management skills
  • Passion for result-oriented innovations
  • Pro-active, energetic and highly motivated team player
  • Knowledge of Ukrainian and English is a must
