We Are:

Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) at Teva.

We are responsible for planning, defining, and building the next-generation tools, processes, and infrastructure at Teva. Our team is positioned in the middle of a large-scale infrastructure that spans multiple Cloud providers and works closely with different stakeholders.

We’re looking for a bright, solution-oriented Cloud Engineer to join the team in our brand new Teva HQ in TLV.

As a Cloud Engineer, you will:

  • Design and build systems and infrastructure that support our multi-Cloud initiative
  • Quickly identify and resolve infrastructure bugs
  • Work closely with our DevOps team
  • Optimize and improve code and processes
  • Work in close collaboration with Security Experts to improve our Cloud Security Posture
  • Work in close cooperation with various departments to design and build architectures that support their initiatives

You Are:

  • A Cloud Engineer with 4+ years of experience in production systems.
  • You’re passionate about automation and fascinated by technologies.
  • You’re security-oriented and well-informed on information security principles, practices, cybersecurity trends, news, and best practices.
  • You have a knowledge of cloud delivery, security, and deployment models for Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS) offerings.
  • You’re familiar with cloud security standards (e.g., NIST, CIS, ISO, CSA STAR)
  • You have experience with at least one scripting or programming language – Python, PowerShell, Golang, Ruby, C#, etc.
  • You are great with Linux system internals and shell scripting; you have experience running production systems over the Cloud. You have used configuration management tools like Ansible/Chef/Puppet/PowerShell DSC.
  • You have experience with designing microservices and distributed application architectures.
  • You have experience and a thorough understanding of modern Infrastructure management methodologies.

Bonus Points if You Have:

  • Experience in container orchestration (Kubernetes)
  • Great networking foundations: TCP/IP, DNS, load-balancers, network security
  • Experience with designing cloud-native architectures
  • Experience with EDR, MDM, DLP
  • Experience with SIEM and CSPM
  • Understanding of CI/CD workflows and tools (Azure DevOps)
  • Experience in designing Security-oriented architectures
