MAIN Tasks

Planning responsibility :

  • Manage medical information services for internal and external customers
  • Manage medical and product knowledge training, collaboration with HRD and/ or Sales & Marketing division
  • Manage the process or review of promotional and non-promotional materials

 

Implementing :

  • Providing medical information services for internal and external customers.
  • Prepare medical knowledge modules for training new/ refreshing existing field force / new product launches and conduct the medical training.
  • Ensure that pharmacovigilance activities are supported from Medical Affairs side Giving Medical input for the Regulatory Dept for Clinical/ BABE Studies.

KEY Responsibilities

 Reviewing and following up :

  • Interpret the need of and providing medical information/ references required by the Indonesian Health Authority, internal & external customers
  • Communication and following up the medical information/references needed to the Medical Information Actavis Group, or external qualified source.
  • Evaluation of the medical knowledge training for field force.
  • Provide the input to Commercial and Compliance regarding the qualifications of the HCPs in fee for service activities.
  • Provide monthly medical activities report.

 

Developing others :

  • Training to field forces re. medical knowledge.
  • Medical training to staff/ supervisor/ manager who are involved in pharmacovigilance system
  • Develop and manage the relationship with related key national speakers/ KOLs to obtain direct/in-direct feedback communication regarding medical marketing activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor/Masters Degree in Medicine (Medical Doctor), Pharmacy and/or life science.
  • 1-3 years’ experience as Medical Manager/Medical Adviser in pharmaceutical company.
  • Experience in Neuro, Oncology and Women’s Health therapeutic areas would be an advantage.
  • Good communication, proactive style and can effectively collaborate with internal and external parties.

 

Skiils

  • Good Clinical Practices, Good Pharmacovigilance practice understanding, QEHS Standards.
  • Interpersonal skill, presentation skill, capability of transfer of knowledge, ability to communicate effectively in a multifunctional setting and with positive work attitudes of a team player.
  • Familiar with common software products.
  • Computer literacy & English proficiency (spoken and written).
