Job Description

 

The key accountabilities for this role include:

 

•             Prepare master production schedule for rolling 24 months
•             Understand material requirements plan and work with material planners to secure availability of all requested materials according to master production schedule
•             Setting of master data parameters of materials
•             Be a part of new launch process when  needed and ensure availability concerning new components
•             Manage inventory (imported and local manufactured products, raw materials and pack materials stock level)
•             Optimise stock levels while securing customer service
•             Develop strong relationships with suppliers and improve supplier capability
•             Strong Cooperation with Production, Quality, Warehouse, Procurement, Regulatory, Subcontracting and Business Units. Close follow-up of production performance with CMO and supply sites.
•             Reporting weekly/monthly KPIs: Forecast Accuracy, Root Cause Analysis, inventory, destruction and reconciliation etc
•             Delivering monthly Supply and  Demand Planning, Forecasting, S&OP processes activities
•             Follow-up of over-stock, out-of-stock and critical SKUs; providing effective planning in coordination with other departments.

Qualifications

  • University degree in engineering or business administration
  • At least 7 years experience in Supply Chain Management
  • Expert level of MS Office
  • Good knowledge of SAP,Oracle advance planning tools
  • Strong negotiation and analytical thinking and reporting skills
  • Excellent operation management and communication skills
  • Excellent command English
  • No military obligation for male candidates
