What will you do?

As Project manager you will work in the Engineering team within Engineering & Maintenance organization in Teva Haarlem. In this role you will be working in a team of 5 enthusiastic Engineers and your core task will be to Manage Capital projects within the Haarlem site. In the role you will be able to manage multidisciplinary teams. Projects are manly focused on capacity increase, GMP, add capabilities to the site, improve EHS or site efficiency. In addition of the yearly CAPEX plan,  Haarlem is planning to increase significantly capacity and capabilities in following years. You will be working in a team of 5 Project Managers reporting to our Director Maintenance/Engineering.

We are looking to hire a dynamic engineer who has experience on project engineering and project management, with good communication skills and able to handle some projects at the same time, depending on size and complexity. Role is based on site level with collaboration and interaction with Global engineering SMEs based on different sites around the world. specializes in the validation of all production related systems and equipment according to the GMP guidelines.


Main responsibilities are:
-    Project Management of CAPEX projects
-    Project engineering on small projects or supervise engineering companies for medium size engineering works on mid size projects
-    Define project needs, request capital to global, report project advance and financials periodically.
-    Work with Project team preparing, reviewing and approving Project documentation following V model according GMP standards.
-    Coordinate A to Z project from Capex request to delivery to final user.
-    Support Engineering department on required optimization projects for the site as: Energy savings, Operation excellence, other


Who are you?

You have a Bachelor of master's degree in engineering. (Chemical, Mechanical, HTS or similar)

You will bring a few years of experience working with different project management or project engineering tools.


You have experience in a highly regulated industry like Pharma, Biotech, Chemical or Baby-food industry

You preferred have experience in pharmaceutical standards and regulations as GxP, GAMP, GMP, ISO. 

You are fluent in English, Dutch or other languages are a plus
