Key Responsibilities

  • Manage HR processes and operational duties.
  • Support managers in strategical planning.
  • Coordinates the HR Generalists and makes sure all personnel processes are run smoothly.
  • Set up KPIs and ensures they met the requirements.

Required experience

  • Relevant university degree.
  • Deep knowledge on Hungarian Labour Code, especially relating to work schedules.
  • At least 5 years of experience in people manager role.
  • Experience in multinational manufacturing environment (pharmaceutical company is an advantage).
  • Advanced English knowledge.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools (especially in PowerPoint, Excel).
