Job Description

The position is responsible for, but not limited to, general ledger accountability, financial reporting, as well as financial profitability analysis. This position also performs various ad hoc analyses for management and in support of other departments. This fast-paced environment which requires engagement with multiple levels of personnel throughout the company.


•    Support month-end close by preparing journal entries and reconciling general ledger accounts.
•    Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
•    Extensive SAP experience to help with implementation of manufacturing accounting, product costing and inventory modules
•    Balance Sheet and Income Statement review, research and resolve any possible issues/discrepancies.
•    Assist with interim and annual audits; complete required materials and schedules.
•    Contribute to process improvements.
•    Prepare and analyze budget-to-actual reports for cost center owners.
•    Carry out responsibilities in accordance with GAAP, the organization’s policies, procedures, and state, federal and local laws.
•    Follow Teva Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and procedures.


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business required
  • 3+ years accounting/finance experience
  • Public accounting experience preferred
  • Pharmaceutical industry knowledge or experience preferred
  • Strong Word and Excel skills
  • Extensive SAP experience required
  • Manufacturing Accounting experience preferred
