Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Material receipt, physical verification, GRN and Labeling
  • Invoices handing over to Finance
  • Cycle count
  • Inventory management
  • Knowledge in SAP, MS office
  • Material issuance to lab
  • Pending PR and PO follow-up
  • Coordinating with SCM and vendors for material supply
  • Maintaining inward documents
  • MIS preparation
  • LUT numbers and Unit price details updating in Import Invoice for all lines
  • Shipment documents verification and approval
  • Follow up with sending site for Invoice, PL, AWB, COA and MSDS
  • Annex-III/required docs preparation & submission for Import clearance
  • Follow up with Freight Forwarder/CHA for shipment tracking and clearance
  • Import shipment booking and coordination for pick up, transit, clearance and delivery
  • Export shipment booking and coordination for pick up, transit, clearance and delivery
  • E-waybill preparation
  • Shipments booking based on Inco-terms.
  • Post shipment documents maintenance
  • Invoice, Packing List preparation
  • Freight/customs clearance bills verification and submission at Finance
  • Returnable/Non-returnable DC preparation
  • Coordination with customs for duty free shipment clearance
  • B17 bond reconciliation
  • Submission of shipment related EOU docs to customs

Qualifications

Education Qualification  :  Bachelor of Commerce/ Science /Diploma in Import Export Management.
Experience                      :  5-8 years in Import clearing & Logistics and knowledgeable about MS Office
