Job Description

  • Manage company’s portfolio of Over-The-Counter (OTC), nonprescription drugs and consumer health products (e.g., creams, dental care, eye care) to pharmacists, doctors, hospitals, other caretakers, retailers, wholesalers and purchasing groups, in terms of Marketing and Sales.
  • Being the main person to manage Marketing Strategies of the product portfolio.
  • Develop marketing activities to promotes the products in vary channels.
  • Sells a portfolio of products through a base of reseller partners.
  • Accountable for the budget, performance and results of the teams.
  • Addresses issues with impact beyond own team based on knowledge of related disciplines.
  • Manages professional employees and/or supervisors or supervises large, complex technical or business support or production operations team(s).
  • Accountable for the performance and results of a team within own discipline or function.
  • Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges.
  • Provides technical guidance to employees, colleagues and/or customers

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmaceutical, or related field.
  • At least 5 years in OTC/Consumer Health product management.
  • Excellent Command in English.
  • Understanding of OTC/Consumer Health Products Market.
  • Background in Marketing.
  • Team Management Skills.
